Selected as sole project to represent MSU at the international game festival
Infiltrain is an FPS arcade shooter where you play as a space cowboy robbing a train for loot. Breach in, run and gun your way to the vault, and escape with your loot before oxygen runs out.

Collaborating with a team of 9 students and mentored by Santa Monica Studio.

Organized weekly discipline meetings to communicate upcoming deadlines, current progress, and any issues

Led bi weekly meetings with Sony Santa Monica mentors to present the project progress and receive feedback

Created weekly "check-in" reports that provided in depth detail regarding current sprint progress to faculty

Hosted individual meetings to go over task priorities and gain feedback
Reflection:

Rapidly prototyped two versions of the game and created a SWOT analysis to determine the best course of action for our team.

Connected our Santa Monica Studio mentors with faculty to further connection with the industry partners and MSU.

Learned to track individual team member's progress and shift resources towards certain aspects of development to ensure milestones were met.
